A standardish 120ah/cell 36v forklift battery is probably around 1000 AH at a 6 hour rate. The 20 hour rate conversion is somewhere around 1570AH. Keep that number in mind. An average 12v deep cycle is about 100AH at a 20 hour rate. To get 36 volts you need 3 12's in series. This only multiplies your voltage but does nothing for your AH. A forktruck motor is about as big as a 5 gallon bucket! It takes a lot of amps to get that going! The Nios II CPU soft core is embedded with on-chip hardware multiplier and programmable logic gate array to realize the cooperative work of software and hardware. Through the on-board debugging and verification of signaltapli embedded logic analyzer equipped with Quartus II software, the PWM waveform with dead band output is obtained. The PWM waveform can be used for motor drive.1 Introduction    TM320 series DSP devices are widely used as the main controller of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system in China. The problem of reducing the real-time performance of the system due to excessive CPU load is becoming more and more obvious. Using FPGA device with parallel working characteristics as the main controller can improve the real-time performance of the system. Therefore, this paper presents a design scheme of permanent magnet synchronous motor controller based on FPGA.    SOPC with Nios Ⅱ CPU soft core embedded in FPGA device is the SOC solution pioneered by Altera company.
